  This was our stop for lunch on the way home from a long vacation.  What a downer of a place.
  
  We entered an 95% empty place because they had just opened.  Picked the place based on the reviews on Yelp.  
  
  Started bad because our requested starter, chicken quesadilla, was not able to be prepared for at least 20 minutes because the chicken had to be cooked.  We switched to a Portobello quesadilla which was not too bad.
  
  Whole family had burgers done various ways (mushroom/Swiss, slider/American, plain, cheeseburger) and requested medium.  The sides were mac and cheese, baked potato, fries, and a Caesar salad.
  
  Took a quite a long time (remember the place was empty), and when it did come, the waitress handed my 8-year-old a hot plate which she gave no warning.  When he dropped it on the table, she said that she was so "used to the temperature, I did not know it was hot."  What a joke.  All the burgers were left 1/2 uneaten as they could not get the temperature right and just were not flavorful.  My mac and cheese was inedible with burned cheese.  Salad was nothing special, and the potato and fries were fine.
  
  The rolls were decent but not a reason to come back.
  
  If our food was this bad in an empty restaurant opening, then I can imagine when it gets busy.  Go elsewhere.

  Came in late note and sat at the bar.  Free chips new salsa plus queso.  Had the chili,  it was ok, had a sweetness you it.  Ordered the A1 chipotle ribeye.  Steak a little over cooked,  mushrooms were good,  A1 chipotle sauce tasted like an A1 teriyaki.  Price was as expected.  Restaurant is clean and staff was really nice and attentive.

  Good chain restaurant steak in Martinsburg.  Got Flying Dog beer on tap, but is pricey for the area.  Get the mac-n-cheese as a side, and you won't regret it.  Greasy, but good.

  Went here for dinner steaks are pretty good service is friendly and helpful.  The prices are so much lower than we are used to.  The only complaint is while the chili was good it was served in large breadbowl that wasn't hollowed out all that much so it was like 65% bread 35% chili normally it should be the opposite purportions.

  We went here for dinner and we had a few drinks along with the onion petals.
  
  The "small" onion petals appetizer is plenty for two. We also had a 16-oz. rib eye and two sides, baked potato and sauteed mushrooms, and split the meal. Even still, we had leftovers.
  
  The rare steak was nicely done and tasted great. Sides were also better than average.
  
  Another reviewer mentioned rolls, but these were not offered to us.
  
  I think this is worth a repeat visit.

  This place has been pretty hit or miss for me, though lately it's just been more of a miss. The service is always good and the staff is very friendly. Mixed drinks and rolls are great. Steaks have always been over cooked, my medium-rare has never come out as anything other than medium well/well done. The veggies are obviously frozen and a bit soggy. I got the Tilapia once, and it was really fishy and overly salty. I'm not in any hurry to go back.

  Went here for a quick lunch.  Service was pretty good.  Food was ok.  The rolls they serve are really good.   Need to go back for dinner and try the steak.
