I hate to be blunt... but fridays is a sucky place! Â Sorry. Â Honestly, the only reason I step foot into fridays is because a friend suggests to grab a drink there, or get a quick dessert. Â No meals are ever eaten there. Â The last time I went to actually eat a meal was probably 5 years ago, and I still probably complained. Â I don't know about fridays around the country, but this one in particular usually has crappy service. Â Ironically the bartender that helped us today was super friendly, hence the 2 stars. Â BUT, to get our dessert, it took 30 minutes. Â Come on now, we are sitting in the bar area, we order a dessert, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to arrive. Â I don't particularly suggest Fridays as a place to eat, but if you like American, fried, bar type food, this is your place. Â If you just want to go for a drink, even better!
Review Source:I like the chain but this specific restaurant gives TGI Fridays around the world a bad name. They served me a salad last time i was there that should have been a cobb salad. Instead, it was a poorly prepared combination of ingredients that were thrown on the plate. I was shocked. It was absolutely horrible. Service was bad, atmosphere was worse. Everything was absolutely pitiful.
Review Source:I'm generously giving 2 stars in case it was a bad night. Â I thought something was odd when I was able to walk in with no one in the entry way at all. Â No waiting. Â Taken ALL the way to the back of the place. Â Waited about 10 minutes and no one came to take a drink order. Â Then someone was seated near me and the waiter appeared and went to them first. Â He came over and I gave my order for a flat iron steak, broccoli, fries, and salad. Â If I were a raccoon, the salad would have been 5 stars. Â But I am not into tomatoes that are shriveled like raisins and lettuce that has rotted in a compost pile for a week. Â I'm not talking wilted. Â I mean food that was grossly decayed and should have been in the trash days ago. Â On the other hand the broccoli was very fresh. Â A bit too fresh. Â It was close to raw, hard, and tasteless. Â The steak fries are actually potato wedges and the steak was good. Â For this visit I was not happy with the service or the quality, umm lack thereof, of the food. Â I even had to flag the waiter down to get a 2nd drink.
Review Source:I was thinking about giving them a 2 star but our waiter was really cool that I had to give him the 3rd star.
Upon arriving we were greeted by the hostess there was a waiting list and the waiting time was 15-20mins. We decided to wait. I seen a lot of car in the parking lot and I was surprised of how full it was for a Wednesday night. We sat down and waited.. waited.. waited.. until I noticed that a couple were called before us that had arrived after us. So I was a little  skeptical and asked the hostess how much longer would we have to wait. We had already been waiting almost 30mins. Finally, she called my name and took us to our table. While walking back there I noticed A LOT of empty tables!! I was a little confused. They had almost 15 people waiting for a table but yet almost the entire restaurant was EMPTY! something just didn't seem right.
We sat at our table and going through the menu they had a special going on. 2 for 1 drinks. The waiter gave us more drinks to choose from which were the call drinks. I decided to go with a Malibu drink and my friend with mojitos. When we got the drinks they were beyond gross!! We started gagging. The mojito was super funny because they used minute maid lemonade and seem like they went outside to get leaves from the trees and just throw them into the drink. It was the sweetest artificial mojito I have tried in my life. We asked the waiter if we could change our drinks because they were not good. He kindly said yes and we decided to order margaritas on the rocks and long island ice tea. These drinks were better.
For dinner we had the special 3 course for $12.99. It's a good deal. You get an appetizer, main course dish and dessert. We choose the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks and Pan-Seared Pot Stickers. It was my first time trying the pot stickers and they were delicious!! Main course we had Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta. My pasta the Bruschetta was not all that great. It was just OK. Dessert we both chose the vanilla bean cheesecake and we got it to go.
The service over all was great. Our waiter was very attentive and nice. If we had a problem we immediately fixed it. I don't think I will be returning. I like chilis better. :)
Sorry to say this wasn't such a great experience.  I've been to this location many times and have always left satisfied.  Service has never been 5 stars, specially form their hostesses, but this time it was horrible.  First, they tell us is a 15 minutes wait.  Fine, no problem but, after 35 minutes we see they seat a couple that came in after us.  When we make the claim, she says it wasn't a mistake and that our table was next.  Well, if it wasn't a mistake, why were names after ours checked off on your list and not ours?  On top of that, when they finally showed us to our table we notice that the whole section  was empty, about 25 tables there, with at least 7 other parties up front waiting to be seated.  What's up with that?
We see they have a 2 for 1 drink special. Â I ordered the classic mojito, it was disgusting. Â How can you ruin that? Â I'll tell you how, pouring the whole limeade jar in it. Â Only one lemon wedge, not even crushed, and the "mint" had no mint flavor, they might as well have ripped that from one of the trees outside. Â My friend's drink was also all juice. Â Thank God, our server, Quincy, was very attentive and helpful and switched our drinks. Â We decided on Margaritas and Long Islands - not exactly good but definitely better than our first choices. Â Advice, if you decide to do the 2 for 1, stick to beer or wine. Â If not, get one of their specialty drinks from the menu, you might pay a bit more, but at least they'll be good.
Fortunately our food was good. Â I had the Parmesan Chicken with Spinach Alfredo Tortellini, and since this was included in their 3 course meal, I ordered the Pot Tickers - always good. Â For dessert I had the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake - good.
I will return to Friday's because I love their Jack Daniel's Burger and their food is usually good, but really hope their bartenders, at least the ones working that night, and the hostesses get better at their jobs.
The only reason they got 2 stars is because the servers were friendly. I went on a Sunday at 12:30 with a few friends. Â The kitchen was extremely slow, after at least 45 minutes, we finally got our mediocre food. I had the Fire-something Chicken which was the most dried out, charred piece of foul I've had in a while. The broccoli was cooked to death and had no flavor (no salt, pepper or anything else). The rice was ok. Kinda typical for the decline in large chain places. Â Avoid this place like the plague unless you just want to hit up the bar.
