A bit of an oasis in the middle of the country.  Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, taste and appearance of the food.  Good selection on the menu for lunch and prices were very fair.  Only down side was a less than attentive young server . . . guessing summer staff . . . who could using some serious training and supervision.

LOVE the Thai Pot!!  It's one of my favorite places to eat when I visit family!  I honestly  have liked every meal I have had there.  The appetizers are definitely worth it.  I recommend the tempura green beans.  Seriously the best I've had -- freshly battered and the sauce on top almost caramelized on top -- it was like veggie candy, in a fantastic way!  I like the curry puffs and spring rolls too!

I almost always stick to the Kapow Chicken.  There's has a lot of great basil and veggies mixed in with a lot of meat.  I generally clear my plate every time I go!  I've sampled some of the green or red curry and pad thai.  All were delicious!

I knocked down a star because the prices are pretty high and the hours are weird.  We went for an early dinner the last time I was there and the restaurant didn't open until 30 minutes past what their time said.  Luckily we were only ten minutes too early, but would have been frustrating otherwise.

Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for good food in the Northern Neck and cost isn't too much of a factor!

Excellent location, decor, service and food.

I would give it 5 stars, but the portions are the smallest I've ever seen in a Thai restaurant. Their dinner size serving is a lunch serving anywhere else, you will still be hungry after eating the lunch size. The strange thing is they are very generous in the amount of seafood or meat. They provide a ridiculously small amount of vegetables, rice and noodles, the cheapest items on the plate.

I'm still trying to figure out how they make the vegetable art carvings they serve with the meals. Beautiful.

Worst Thai food I ever had.  I would rate it 0 stars and would never eat there again.  Have been to Thailand and eaten in many Thai restaurants.  This is a joke.

By far the best restaurant in Kilmarnock. Don't let the look from the street fool  you. Inside is very contemporary and well done.

The food is quite good as was the service.

Love the food! I've been twice. The second time I was very disappointed because they were out of soft shells (the seafood store in town had plenty) & shrimp. That's a little unforgiving on a Saturday night. What we ordered was really good though.

Wished the server would have supported us in our desire to relax & enjoy. We were on vacation after all. They really rushed us. We were the only customers dining which was a little troublesome because the restaurant across the street had a steady flow of business.  Also the help wanted sign on the front window (where there is the only window table)....not a good idea. Very tacky.

Went in with low expectations, not much to see from the street in downtown area.  Inside was a surprise, great decor, colors, semi-open kitchen.

Had the messaman curry, chicken, very good.  Also, the Pla Lad Plik, a fillet in a garlic tamarind sauce.  This may have been the first time I have ordered this, but I love tamarind, it's why I almost always order Pad Thai.

This is not your ordinary small town Thai restaurant.  The menu is widely varied and creative.  Give it a try.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The plates are beautiful and everything tastes authentic and great. We shared the appetizer sampler, then had a chicken curry dish and a Thai beef salad, then fried banana with vanilla ice cream. Unbelievable to have such an unexpected jewel in this area.....

We had lovely lunch here.  The decor is amazing; very Thai modern with an open kitchen and sushi counter.  They seem to only have sushi rarely, which was fine because we came for the Thai food.  Which was great.
Lunch menu items are almost all right in the $10 range, a few dollars more for the entrees.  We had soup, a stir fry and a noodle dish, all of which were delightfully seasoned with varying flavors of basil, ginger and lemon.  Lunch portions might be on the small side if you are a big eater, but we were perfectly happy.  Looking forward to going for dinner.

Nice place in historic town. The fact that they had Summer Rolls (which is Fresh Rolls on the menu) was great news and theirs were excellent. The carrot bouquets were a nice touch. The pad thai was very good. The consistency of the sauce was a little thick, but it all tasted great. I would go back.
