This bar is very hard to find simply because there is no sign on the front. However if you do stumble upon the bar it is definitely worth stopping in. This bar is a very well maintained historical dive. The bartender/manager is a extremely friendly guy who gets to know you the more you go in there. He really makes going to a bar the experience it should be. There are always specials on cheap beer and seasonal specialties along with a decent draft selection. During the summer there is a nice outside area, and dont worry about being hungry. You can order from Hungry's next door and they will bring your food right over. A great place to stop by with some friends for a drink or multiple depending upon what mood you are in! Bring cash!
Review Source:To truly feel the spirit of Pittsford, a trip would not be complete without having at least one round at Thirsty's. We found this place on the recommendation from some folks we met at a local hotel bar. This place is not fancy but this is a great place to meet folks and have a beer (or several). Great draft selection. As far as the clientele, you have a very diverse spectrum. We saw a bride to be and her batchlorette party, folks dressed in khakis and polo shirts and well as those in Jeans, T-shirts and sneakers. Age range is across the spectrum as well..Young and Old.. Beware as I think I spotted a couple of cougars!
You really have to rate this bar for what it is. For definitely being proudly a dive bar (and I love dive bars), this is a great location and a great Pittsford original.
