Tinner's Bar & Grill

We were just at Tinner's tonight.  There was a table who was waving their arms around and yelling about having a gratuity put on their bill.  I eat out all the time and most places we go have a gratuity added on large tables although I have not been to Tinner's with a large group myself, i think it this is normal.  When the manager came over to talk to the upset guest she just got yelled at and everytime she tried to talk they just kept yelling at the poor girl and not letting her finish what she was trying to tell them, I felt really bad for her.  

Our food was great and our service was great.  Their steaks are always delicious and my husband had the brisket special for the month, he loved it.  

We did not have a gratuity added to our ticket but that would have been fine and we would have added to it as well

Don't go for the food. Just don't. I mean you can if you want, but it's pretty sub-par and very overpriced. How can anywhere charge more than $10 for nachos? I never understood that. They have just about no appetizers under $8 and for that, I say skip any food unless you order an outright meal like a burger or something.

On a different note: they have 2fers every night from 11pm-1am which is pretty good deal. They charge about $6.50 for a tall microbrew, so for two 20+ ounce beers that are of good quality for that price is awesome. There aren't any pool tables or dancing,  it's just a good place to go grab a drink.

Price: Typical bar prices. Like I said $6.50 for a tall beer, $5 for a pint. We ordered a shot after 2fers and it was $5.75 for just one...so that was terrible but not unheard of.

Is a great spot for twofers.
