Love this place! I always got pickle shots there and then went to the bar next door to sit (Tipsy Turtle is sort of a small area) but as of December 2011 it was still open and kicking butt. I haven't been back to C.Stat in a while but when I do I'll make a point to update this. Great Bar though and Allie the manager was always awesome.
Review Source:Well I hope this place didn't go under THAT fast but it sure looks that way. Â We stopped by Saturday night due to Lori's review and found the place closed at 8pm during one of the busiest nights of the year in Northgate. Â According to what we saw (see photos) it looks like it's out of business. Â Total state of disarray with empty alcohol bottles and boxes laying all over the floor. Â Â Darn, this sounded like a place to get an interesting drink. Â Too bad College Station can't get it together like Austin and let people walk around with drinks... Â Sigh...
Review Source:I'm glad to see frozen drinks, especially in the summer. The fixtures and furnishings are nice. The music is entirely too loud. The drinks were fine, but they didn't have margaritas or daiquiris freezing on a very busy night. (If College Station would legalize the ability to walk around with a drink in your hand, TT would be hugely successful. That is exactly the kind of drink you want to have while people watching on the back promenade of Northgate.)
