I just can't believe this place had good reviews.  It's honestly the worst place I've gone to in years.  The service was absolutely horrible.  Went there with my wife, sat at the bar.  After sitting with an empty drink for half an hour they'd ask quickly if one of us wanted a drink and then run off without asking or giving the other of us the chance to say that we wanted something too.  Wife ordered a mango-tini.  The bartender came back asked her some kind of question.  Then came back and gave her straight vodka in a martini glass (I tasted it to make sure and it had absolutely no color).  We tell the bartender and she comes back with a pineapple-tini.  And my wife was like "oh well, at least I got something relatively close to what I wanted". Took literally an hour to get out food.  Which was not horrible but not great either.  But at that point we really didn't care how the food was.  On top of everything else the place was just nasty dirty.  Every time I looked at a menu I'd get this black stuff over my hands.  It's not too far from much better places in Wilkes Barre. Make the drive!

Stopped by last week and it was 1.50 chicken taco night! The tacos were AMAZING. They were served with this creamy, yummy avocado salsa and a spicy sauce. I also had the Parmesan ranch wings, which were very tasty. I definitely plan to come back for more great bar food.

theres a change in the air at tommyboys and it aint good. while the food is still awesome, it's the wait staff that needs to pick up the pace. it seems that new waitress's are always being trained. this past sunday 7/29 the barmaid was new, her first day and the 2 waitress's were new. why would you throw 3 new people into the fire on a sunday? 15 minutes waiting for a drink is a little to long of a wait. wheres the bald guy? he is the one that held this place together.

Went here for the first time with the family on Tuesday, which happens to be cheesesteak night ($6 for cheesesteak and fries).  The food was delicious!  Two of us ordered burgers, one cheesesteak, and one shrimp Po'boy.  Everyone raved about their meals.  Our server was very friendly and efficient.    Prices very reasonable, lots of great specials. I  will definintely be going back, saw about 10 different things on the menu that I wanted to try.

We love it here!!  This place is a great addition to Nanticoke.  It's wonderful because you can sit at the bar and drink for cheap without having to go home smelling like an ashtray!!  Smokers, no worries, there is a smoking room indoors so you don't have to brave the bitter cold.. :-)

The food here is fabulous & the prices are reasonable.  I've never had bad service here, not even for takeout.  The happy hour and food specials are great if you happen to hit them!  It's also a great place to catch the game - plenty of TV's in the bar area & the bartenders are always willing to change a channel for you.

Only been here twice but I plan on making this at least a monthly visit.

Comfortable outdoor patio as well as a big clean indoor bar area with a dining room off to the side. In the winter apparently there is a smoking room so you don't have to go outside and freeze to death.

The men's room is clean and the walls are make of chalkboard so you can graffiti the walls and not get a fine or kicked out for it.

Beer is cheap and I hear the food is really good. They don't skimp on the mugs either, big pint mugs. That is what I am talking about.

Of the many times I've been there, I've discovered that Tuesdays are wing night and Wednesdays are pasta night.  Also, happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays are from 5-7 like the week days.

Since I was here on a Wed night, I still got wings, but my friend got a pasta dish, which comes with a side salad.  What was pretty neat about how they offered this pasta was that you had an option to put the Nanticoke Nibblers on top with your choice of sauce.  The Nibblers weren't fried, just grilled chicken, but went extremely well with wing sauce and pasta.

Typically when I'm here, we go for the pool or shuffle board table.  Sometimes when they have a band or singer, the pool table is out of commission.

Of all the bars in this town, this joint blows all the others out of the water.
