Tula Restaurant & Lounge

We had a really good experience both times we went.  Good food and good service.

We were very excited when a new restaurant opened in our town since options are quite limited in the Trumbull/Monroe area.  I have been to Tula on 4 different occasions and on all 4 visits we felt rather rushed by our servers.  The food is very good and the ambiance is nice.  But for the prices they charge, you should feel welcome and at ease during your dining experience.

What a disappointment Tula was for our party of four Saturday night. We made reservations for 6:30 pm. We were never told that we were expected to be finished with our meal by 8:00 so they could seat the next party until half way through our meal. Who does that?  When speaking to the manager about it you could tell he could care less. The worst part was the food was average and over priced. And they have mandatory vallet parking!!!!  Really, in Monroe,CT. That should have been our first sign that this place was not for us. Drive by this place!
