Dreadful.

About 6-7 years ago i quit eating here due to the terrible service and food. I went there on my birthday and got seated really fast. It went way down hill from there. We never really got a waitress. A girl got our drinks, but said our waitress would be with use shortly. 45-50 min. later the same girl finally took our order. During this time we helped another waitress stop a drunk guy that got up w/o paying and was already outside in his vehicle. Finally our Steaks came, before the salads. The same girl that wasn't our waitress had got all this for us. Salads came out hot. Steaks and potatos were cold. I called corporate and they sent me 2 gift cards. I used one at another Tumbleweeds and the 2nd was almost out of funds before i used it elsewhere. I wasn't ever planning on going to this location again, but we decided to go a couple weeks ago and we had some of the best service ever anywhere. Ask for Taylor, he is a great waiter. We went back the other night and didn't know his name, so we got someone else, but he came over and got our drinks for us. We told him about how we really liked his service the last time, but didn't remember his name or we would have asked for him. So, if you haven't been here for a while its time to go back.

This place is as chain as chain can get.  Not so good food, not so good drinks.  It is a carbon copy of really any other chain restaurant.  If you head a couple blocks down Frederica you can find some much better chain stops and even some good home owned restaurants.
