    I have been three times as of now and every visit is a new experiance with food. The first time I had a hamburger, typical nothing special but the fries seem to be hand-cut and are very tasty.

    On my second visit I was at the outside bar so I didn't have to wait 30+ mins. This time I choose on of the specials, pulled pork quesadilla. I have had a few varieties of these from other resturants before and this one I would say would be damn near the top.

    Up until now I would have given Twin Willows 4 stars but unfortunately this visit was the opposite. I was with a small group and we all had soup to start. Manhattan chowder, clear chowder, and frech onion soup. The Manhattan came out luke warm as if it was sitting for five or so minutes, the clear was so lemony it was un eatable. Both were sent back, the Manahattan probably receiving the microwave treatment, and the clear being exchanged for white (still was just OK). My french onion was on the low scale aswell but I suffered through it, the soup just wasn't that flavorfull. I had the chicken philly and it was shot in the dark but was a 3/5, just needed a more quality cheese.

    I will continue to go here because I love the beer selection and the service is great.

    Food was ok. Terrible service. Incompetent waitresses. Bad presentation for food. They brought all food out at once! Soup, apps & entree at the same time. Everything got cold too fast to eat. Probably won't go here again

    Last year went to Twin Willows in July, with some friends, and although it took two hours to get our food, I thought it was just a fluke, and figured we would give it another try. The parking lot is always crowded, so thought it must have been one bad night. (But now I can confirm that it must be that there are no other places in town, because Twin Willows managed to provide an even WORSE dining experience this year!)

    Just went to Twin Willows with a group of friends on a Tuesday night. We were happy when we arrived, when the hostess said we could wait about 20 minutes for a table outside on the deck, or be seated right away inside. We opted for inside, because it was 8:00 p.m., and knew we had a limited time to eat, before heading back to relieve the babysitters. The drink order took about 15 minutes, and even one friend in the group, who waited an extra 10 minutes, had to remind the server what she ordered, only to be told "oh, yeah, we're out of that..". The party of ten ordered two appetizers, and three salads, which took exactly 59 minutes to arrive..uggh..One salad had no dressing, and the friend had to wait five minutes to get that. The wait for the actual entrees was so long, that two friends had to ask for theirs to go, once we had been sitting there 1 hour and forty five minutes!!!, (without any clue from the server when we might be getting our food). Once the entrees did arrive, the eight orders were delivered so sporadically, that half of the group, who wanted to be polite and wait for everyone to start eating, had to dig into cold pasta!. One friend ordered mashed potatoes, but was told, they were "out", so would have to substitute for baked potato or onion rings..One cheeseburger was delivered with bacon (bacon not ordered).. one clam dish had sand that could almost break a tooth.. It basically was the WORST service by far, for all ten people. People who have been to  many restaurants, and who would forgive almost any slow service, if there had been at least ONE attempt from the staff to address that this was not the usual service to expect at Twin Willows. The restaurant was not even exceptionally full or busy. How can you be in the service industry, and not know that this kind of dining experience is unacceptable? It was difficult to have to pay the tip, already included in the bill, because of the size of our group. These were ten people that would normally overtip any server, that appeared to try their best to accommodate their customers, and make for a pleasant dining experience, These are ten people that will never come back to Twin Willows, and will tell all their friends to do the same!
