Love that Uncorked offers a new alternative to the more traditional spots in our little town.  Love the flights of wine that they do (three small tastes of similar types) and the ever changing menu of small plates.  Its great to go with a group of friends and order a variety of items and share.    Recently had the Ceviche - best I have ever had - and one of the joys of a small town - when the wait staff passed on our appreciation to the chef she came out and told us the history of the recipe etc.

Love the lunch specials and appreciate that in addition to the small plates they have these items  that make a nice sized lunch.

The big center bar/table is a great place to meet a group of friends for a drink after work of for a celebration/birthday/anniversary!

Music is a new addition - should make this one of the THE places to go in Ukiah!

Find a place on their patio, order a glass of wine and a small plate, and prepare for a lovely, cheerful evening!

With stellar service, a great location, elegant ambiance, and delicious menu (the mushroom pâté was surprisingly excellent), you can't go wrong. Next time, I'll get a flight to taste some of Uncorked's specialties!

Great new restaurant in Ukiah!  I finally feel like we have some choices for food inland!  The rose lavender was a very pleasant surprise beverage on a hot afternoon, We sampled many of their small plates.  I loved the mushroom pate,
and the salmon dish (moist and perfect).  The toast with the pate was a bit too hard for my taste.  We enjoyed the salads and the ability to visit with friends in a pleasant leisurely, not hurried environment.  Service was very attentive.  I will look forward to returning with a group of friends to use the private dinning room.

Great little restaurant in Ukiah! We came in on a recommendation, and were very pleasantly surprised to find that every glowing, lovely thing said about Uncorked and Kerri was true. The food was outstanding(!), and the selection of drinks was just enough to feel extensive, and not so vast that it was overwhelming.

Service was impeccable, and we were immediately made to feel welcomed from the second we walked in the door.

Prices were a tad high for the amount of food, but we were forewarned that the overall vibe was more small plate-y and less entree-y, so it wasn't a huge deal. My boyfriend ended up needing to order 2 items from the more entree-centric side of the menu, which surprised me because he's not necessarily a big eater. First, he ordered the slider sampler ($13.50 for 2), which consisted of 2 smallish burgers (they are, after all, sliders) and some onion marmalade. When he realized that he was still going to be hungry, we threw in an order for the sausage plate ($14), which came with 3 sausages, although they were essentially only 1/2 sausages, making them rather insubstantial. He enjoyed both entrees and was plenty full in the end, so all was good. I chose something from the menu of daily specials (pork with roasted potatoes), and found the portion size to be just right for me, and the price was more or less in line with what each of the other 2 entrees cost.

At the same time, we both discovered a couple drinks that we'll definitely be having again. He, the Xingu beer, and me, the Angry Orchard cider.

My only suggestion would be to bulk up the accompaniments for the items on the entree side of the menu so that it isn't necessary to order 2 meals per person. It would have been easier to swallow had they been in the $9-$10 range, but without side dishes, it made for a pretty expensive tapas-style "entree." Some potatoes with the sliders would have been great, or even the inclusion of a bit of the yam mash, which is something not to be missed on its own, and would have made the entree feel more substantial. The sausages would have benefited from the addition of a small side of vegetables (green beans or brussels sprouts would have rocked, but I love them with anything, anyway), rice/grain of some sort or heck, even again... potatoes. That said, Uncorked is still very new, and possibly still working out some of the kinks in terms of portion control/prices, so none of what I've just mentioned negatively impacted our view on the restaurant.

Overall, our experience was something we'll definitely remember, and we can't wait to get back up north to do it all again!
