  A country club bar, with the country club prices, but not the country club service.  All the staff are very young and do not seem to have the training to deliver the quality of service I look for in a restaurant with this price point.  Many times during my visit the staff were to involved in personal conversations with each other to get me a drink.  At $5 for a domestic draft I expect much better.  The food is standard bar fair at inflated prices.  If you want a nice sports bar there are several in Frederick with much better service and much better prices so make the drive.

  I'm shocked at the low reviews for the Valley Grill, I've been passing by it for awhile now and been wanting to try it.  A coworker of mine goes here quite often and raves about the pizza.  The outdoor area is beautiful and made for a perfect evening dinner listening to the live music.  The service was kind and prompt and the food satisfying.  I ordered a special which ended up being very spicy (it didn't say that it was spicy or had spicy ingredients anywhere in the description) and had to have it sent back.  They had no problem adjusting our bill and quickly making me something else I requested.  The dessert is amazing.  We tried the lemon raspberry cake and the chocolate chip mint cake.  Apparently they are made by an award winning pastry chef-it sure tasted like it!

  Service could be better considering the price of the food and drinks. I do like this place cuz it is close to home and not overly crowded.

  Great sports bar but the service is usually bad and they are usually under-staffed.  The food is pretty good not great.  Biggest complaint though is the drink prices are way too high for what you get.  If you go, the pizza and burgers are probably your best bet.  We would go there more often if they weren't so pricey or had better specials - too many other good deals in Frederick!

  The Tuesday night special is a large pizza for the price of the small and I do like their pizza.  Service is atrociously bad.  A complete OVERHAUL of the old restaurant has made it an A+ sports bar!  The outdoor seating has beautiful views and sunsets.  Kids like it.  Great live music that keeps the neighbors up.
