I'm giving this place three stars (to offshoot the only other review) and based on a neighborhood bar in the country...and not restaurants. With that said, excellent steamed shrimp and mussels! Burgers and fries for 4 dollars anytime...import beer for less than 3 dollars! Â Come on, for a neighborhood bar in the middle of farm land you can't beat it. Service is excellent...only the owners work there. Â The owners are a couple who are sweet, friendly, and seemingly not what you would expect to own a place in Lineboro. They have done a nice job remodeling the place and it is always clean, neat and smoke free. Â Yes, some of the clientele can be a little edgy but they are very friendly and harmless (I would be more scared going into a place in the city)! It's Lineboro for gosh sakes so they have farm boys, firemen, bikers and mechanics...blue collar mostly but there are the ocassional artist, musician, nurse and doctor. I particulalry like the homemade specials! Â I think they may be limited on the kitchen so their pizza may be frozen...not sure about the rest of their food. Â Again, their prices are cheaper than going to a grocery store and cooking it yourself. This is the type of place if you want a neighborhood atmosphere, like to play pool, grab a bite to eat, and listen to live music on a Saturday night! Yes, like the other reviewer said, everyone does stare at you when you walk into the bar (just like Cheers)...but take it as a compliment...they are just bored with the usual folks and looking for someone new and interesting!
