Small, intimate wine bar with an extensive martini list! Â Some friends and I went on a busy night, but our friendly server was always right there asking us if we needed anything. I realize that it's a small place, but sometimes servers find ways of hiding!
I ordered the bruschetta, not expecting much, but it was EXCELLENT!!! They added a small touch of jalapeno which gave it a great kick and has ruined all other bruschetta for me (LOL!). Our group also ordered ceviche and an artichoke dip which was also good, but nothing could top that bruschetta!
I went during there 1/2 price Martini Mondays and to see a game around 7 pm. Â Interior is impressive, and the bar is well stocked. Â The wine was kept in dispensing machines and I noticed 4 beers on tap. Â I noticed 3-4 people inside when I arrived, but it got busier (10+) when I left around 9 pm.
I checked there website to see what they had, but I noticed that they had more to the menu when I was looking over it at the bar.
I had 4 martinis while I was there
1st: Â Lemon Drop- Â Not overly sweet but I couldn't taste the alcohol and it was really good (there claim to fame so to speak)
2nd: Cantaloupe- Â It did taste like its namesake and it was decent
3rd: Lucid Cable Car: Â To be honest, an absinthe martini I had to try. Â The taste of absinthe usually overpowers any other liquor or flavor (think BITTER black licorice) mixed with it. Â What I got was a martini that tasted good, but also packed a solid punch after a few sips.
4th: Dirty Dan's: Â Best Dirty Martini I have ever had. Enough said.
I will be returning back to try the others
