Wendys

Smelled like urine in the lobby. We walked out and found somewhere else to eat.

Jennifer is right - this is not a good Wendy's - if there is such a thing. East Tennessee has some notoriously bad Wendy's and this is one of the worst. The high school kids who work here are not to blame but the service is always slow and the food ALWAYS tastes like it has been sitting around. We have gone through the drive through a time or two and left with an order that was not even close to what we ordered. Once we got more than we ordered but that still wasn't good because the food wasn't good. Hmmmm... there are a lot of fast food places at this exit. Try one of the others.

We were on a road trip and stopped to get gas, and I saw the sign advertising the new fries...so I had to try them. We just went through the drive-thru. We had quite a long wait for just fries, and the fries themselves were meh at best. They tasted like they'd been sitting a bit, as they didn't have much crisp to them...and they definitely needed more salt and/or ketchup, neither of which was in the bag. We also had no napkins.
