This place is a cultural experience in itself...

Kids were running around like it was a zoo. They were loud, the parents didn't try to settle them down, and overall Wendy's was just a mess.

I didn't like how swamped they got and how unprepared they were for it. It seemed like there were not enough employees to handle to ongoing crowd. The manager was running a cash register along with another cashier. Two people handling all this with a third register closed.

The drink and condiment station was a complete disaster. Soda was every where on the counter, there were no lids for the drinks, plus it was trashed with straw wrappers and so on.

I really wouldn't recommend coming here at all. To think this was all happening at 8:45 at night on a Tuesday. Shouldn't kids start getting ready for bed around this time? No, they don't need a frosty this late!
