Usually kept reasonably clean. The service is slow, and the order counter is awkward to navigate. There is a permanent queue with no space to wait for your order, and you always have to wait several minutes even when it isn't busy. The staff is friendly and it appears they're working really hard, but I just don't know why it takes so long to get an order.
