  beer is cheap. service was friendly.
  It is what it is.
  
  I had a "special" prime rib slapped in a couple pieces of bread. It was just awful.
  I took one bite as did my companion and we took it home to the dogs.
  Go here if your local and want a place to drink without having to drive too far with the greenwood cops. Please dont go here for the food, its just awful.

  They have went down hill since new owners have taken over. Staff not as friendly. Don't go for just the food, go for the beer and music and eat somewhere else.

  Pretty good cheese burgers, stiff drinks and cold beer. The Whit's Inn is an all American bar.  The service is friendly when not swamped in business.  They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. It is a local hangout for local that hangout.  It is the Cheers of Johnson county.  A good time will be had by all.
