This is my "go to" place any time I am in Georgetown. Lunch today was nothing less than perfect! The service is always first rate. Â Menu is full unique and fresh twists on some old favorites that I always find delicious. They have a fairly large menu that offers something to please every taste. There are some simple burgers as well as some exotic and adventurous choices. One of my favorite lunches is the smoked duck salad. The menu is full of so many tasty choices it can sometimes be difficult to decide. You should definitely leave room for dessert...I promise it will be worth the extra calories (I usually share the dessert, the portions are generous).
Review Source:I went to school just down the street and we had brunch here every Sunday morning. The Mimosas (and Poinsettias) are my personal favorite. Bill, the owner, is a great guy and really looks out for his customers. Everyone who works there is friendly and efficient. Some of my fondest memories happened here :)
Review Source:Came here on a Friday night. Â Service seemed a little touch and go at times but we got taken care of overall. Â Maybe its because we were sitting in the bar section, perhaps it doesn't receive as much attention?
This was my first time here and I was very impressed with what I ordered: Â the Oak Grilled Jumbo Sea Scallops Alfredo(that's a mouthful) Â
The menu describes it was being "infused" with tuna, salmon, and shrimp- Â what this means is that your noodles will have a generous distribution of all three seafoods within it. Â I was pleasantly surprised by this and every bit was as sweet and outstanding as the scallops. Â Wherever I go I often hesitate to pay any more than 15-16 for an entree but this was $18 well spent. Â There was plenty for me to take home and enjoy later.
Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
