Wine O'Clock

We had dinner at Wine O'clock just after 4th of July, and it was wonderful. We went on a Saturday night expecting it to be busy, but it was only steady and we got a table right away. The atmosphere is great - it was designed (I assume) to resemble an old farm house, with a beautiful interior and fantastic outdoor seating.The outdoor seating is near the owner's herb and lavender garden, so besides the food there were lovely scents of fresh herbs wafting our way. Susan, the owner came to say hello and she is a wonderful and gracious hostess. She even gave me tips for growing lavender in my own garden. Our server, Lorraine, was attentive, friendly, and very thoughtful. I asked her for water for a baby bottle and she was kind enough to mix in some cool water to ensure that it wasn't too hot.

And yes, the Bacon Pear Pizza was amazing as other interviewers have stated.

We will definitely go here again next time we are in Prosser!

Took our (persnickety) stepson there last night for his birthday dinner....these folks nailed it.  The wine, food and service were all excellent.  He loved the sliced meat and cheese appetizer; his scallops were perfectly prepared; and the tart was awesome...again.  My wife had the duck salad and it was cooked perfectly as well.

Have to update this place to 5 stars...well deserved!

The best restaurant in the Prosser - TriCities area! Not sure if they have a new chef but the food keeps being ever more impressive. Yes the Bacon Pear Pizza is awesome but there is so much more to this jewel of a place. Recent guests of mine compared it to some of the best restaurants in Napa. My only grip is that they don't showcase a selection of wines from at least a few other WA wineries. I keep going back at every opportunity - lunch or dinner!
