At first glance, the ambience is very quaint.  It belies the absolute ignorance of the staff and of what they are suppose to be selling.  I was surprised to find out that the staff didn't know ANYTHING about wine and they sounded like a broken record when questioned about what they were pouring;  The only thing they could say was that everything was good but beyond "good", that was all they could say about the different wines.  If you were looking to get a little experience or really get a good recommendation on a wine, this is not the place.  You are better off going down to Temecula or San Antonio for the real deal.  At least you won't get someone acting like they should know something about wines.
