Decent spot. Â Good beer selection. Â They have all of "Wild Onion" beers on tap which is a nice local touch. Â Menu is pretty standard. Â Burgers, pizza, wings, and other type of bar fare. Â It's a bit pricey in here. Â You really have to work the specials, which there really aren't that many. Â It's not a place where you go with your buddies to "tie one on" and watch a game. Â You'll be broke.
Big bar area. Â They have big tables which are really nice for groups of six or more. Â The only issue I have with this place is if you are sitting at the bar, you have to crank your neck straight up to see the tv's. Â If you're at a table in the bar area you area bout 3 feet below the bar so there is usually somebody blocking the tv's. Best to get a big group and lock down one of those big tables across from the bar. Â Good viewing and lots of room. Â Plus your elevated. Â There is a big room below that has plenty of seating and a big screen to watch the game, I have never sat down there.
All in all it's pretty standard. Â Only one urinal in bathroom with one shitter. Â Always a line. Â Somebody dueces in there and you might as well leave. Â The patio is decent in the summer. Â Average service.
Can get a bit crowded on weekends, but that's usually not a bad thing. Â
Great food--I love the ribeye stacker. Â Get it full and take the other half home--no brainer for an extra three bucks. Â I've only eaten in the bar area, and kids are welcome, which is a nice plus for me.
Good beer list: they have the brews from the Wild Onion pub up the road in Barrington.
