Lovelovelove this place. After going many many times the owner warmed up to me and started giving me the hi how are you doing, which is a nice atmosphere to have. I don't use the pro tables at the front or anything, me and my friends just go here at night to have a good time and the back room is the perfect place to chill, play music on the jukebox, drink, you know. The Stella Artois is $4 for a mini bottle though, not a fan of that!

So it's as quiet as a library and I think a tumbleweed rolled past my leg but apparently that really helps my game!  We accidentally tripped on this place while doing a u-turn in the parking lot.  Love that it wasn't packed to the gills with drunks looking to play whack-a-mole with a pool stick.

By the way Greg Brady called and says he wants his carpet back.

This is a pool hall.  It's not a place to get drunk and pick up chicks.  It's a place to go and shoot pool on good equipment.  The staff is incredibly cordial and helpful.  It's typically pretty quiet the few times I've been there and if you're in the Boston area, and you're halfway serious about playing pool, this is the place to go.  The carpets are a bit ratty, the place could use updating, but they spend their money on keeping the tables in good shape and not making some fancy looking joint meant to attract annoying alcoholics in their mid-20's.  Having been in Boston metro (Somerville) for more than a year now, I am really stoked to find this place because the pool options in Boston outright suck.  You can go to Big City and pay $14/hour to play on a crappy table with felt that is more nappy than a 70's shag carpet, or Jillian's and play on tables where the slate isn't level or lined up and listen to horrible loud music and have most of your shots obstructed by poorly placed dining/eating tables and also pay $14/hour, or you can drive 30 minutes north and play for almost half the price on equipment that is infinitely better...
I'm so happy that I found this place.

Tables are not great, very hidden front door, and it really boring to play pool there, but this is the only place with heated billiard tables.  If you dont know what that is then there is one really good reason to visit.

If all you're looking for is quality tables at a VERY reasonable price, then World Class Billiards is a godsend. However, if you're only a recreational player with no skill, such as myself, it's a bit lacking. Keep in mind the place is beer and wine only, with beer only in bottles. The place has a jukebox which is fine as long as it's off and the place is quiet (actually, it's pretty nice to play a game of pool without any music), but the jukebox appears to have been programed with all of the worst music known to mankind. When someone fires that bad boy up, it can be quite irritating, to say the least. (Keep in mind that the tables closest to the front escape the full brunt of the hick rock.) I don't know, the place ain't bad for tables, just don't expect anything else from it.

Love this place. The owneer is an awesome man so friendly and always recognizes a friendly face. He has a wide arrange of drinks and food, including many beer and wine selections. The place is kept clean but just shabby enough to be a pool hall :]  and open late almost every night..great billiards hall.

Twelve 9-ft Diamond pro tables with maybe 4 5/8" pockets. Four Soren Sogaard carom tables. I didn't check out the carom tables too closely, so I don't know if they were heated or not. The guys I saw playing on them were using the Aramith Super Pro Cup balls. The pool balls were also of high quality.

It's just a nice place to go to play pool. It's not clubby and it's not sports bar-ish. It's just a pool hall. Obviously there were some locals, regulars, and league players, but also some recreational ball bangers. I was having a great time until a few minutes before I was going to leave when a couple girls started the jukebox up and the volume was so overpowering it was difficult to shark the guy I was playing against.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was $8 to play all day before 8pm. Considering I was there for ~4.5 hours, deals don't get much sweeter than that. The guy said it would've been about $32 otherwise, but I don't have any more details on their hourly rates.

This pool hall is a favorite.  I used to bring my company events here along with some of my own personal time.

This place is JUST seedy enough.  You need a little seedy in a pool hall, in my opinion... if it's too shiny and trendy... meh... pass.

But it's not really all that seedy.   And they've got a GIANT TV around back for the game.

Ultimately, it's the staff that makes it so special.  These folks are, indeed, World Class.
