  Not bad for just opening... But it needs to stop with people bringing fast food in. Don't display tobacco in plastic cans. Need more work.... Small Glass jars would help for display

  This place is runned by teenages,they dont greet u at the door so they definitely dont sit  u down, so you just stand there like an idiot til u spot yourself  a table, hookah not that great either, they dont have a large selection. Service not existence either, you have to  wave them down to change your coals. 15 year olds in there for sure. Only good thing about it is the house music thats it.

  I love this place! Freaking amazing!! Totally laid back and chill. I love the seating, comfortable and yet dark enough to offer some privacy. I love coming here after work and relaxing with friends. The staff is friendly and helpful, great recommendations and will even get the hookah started! Coming there tomorrow with a few girlfriends as a matter of fact! A+++!

  After going about once every other week since opening. They
  over charged my credit card $30, four days after my visit.
  
  Took them over a week to even refund after driving all the way back out proving on my bank statement their mistake. Owner had no interest in fixing this mistake in a timely manor. And actually had the audacity to say "its not our problem" after I came back telling him about additional charges.  Whilst Holding the money the whole time & never offering any kind of intensive for business again or to come back ensuring this wouldn't happen again. A HUGE hassle for me to waste my time, gas, and money.
  Very POOR business ethics when things go bad, for a mistake I had no control over.
  A simple fix he ignored for no apparent reason until mentioned legal actions for unauthorized payment.  
  
  LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENTS for charges without your approval. Or unauthorized tips. Cash is always gold. Until its time to step up, you won't see who they really are. And how small you and your interests are to them.  Save your money and the potential hassle -smoke hookah at home.. No one needs anymore stress when you're just trying to go out and relieve stress and have a good night.
  
  I Will NOT be going back, nor recommending to anyone. Just so they don't have to experience what poor service I got after Mimo ( the owner) was nothing but nice every other time I've been before.
  Before I called him out on unauthorized charges..

  Great shisha lounge! It's all indoors with great music and atmosphere. Took long enough to get to Lancaster.
