Wow, what happened here? Been coming here for several years. Destination spot for us several times a summer. Willingly drove 35 minutes to get here. Experience this week was sub par. Food poorly cooked, drinks not what we ordered (out of ingredients), fried food tasted like it was cooked in old oil, waitress with attitude. There were a bunch of us and we all felt the same disappointment. I hate when my favorite restaurants go downhill. So sad.
Review Source:Excellent seafood, if like Calimari this is the place for you! Â I had a bowl of the crab bisque and Calimari sampler. Â They have a version with banana peppers...this was the best I've ever tasted! Â Even my wife liked it and she only likes shrimp. Â Very nice bar and water view. I highly recommended them.
Review Source:The new owners have done a magnificent job remodeling this great restaurant. The white canopy and the ceiling fans make it cool and breezy on the deck no matter how hot it gets. I've been three times so far this summer. The specials are always good....hard to choose so I'll need to go back often! The food is delicious - I was delighted to see Debbie, former chef/owner of Debbie's Kitchen, and enjoyed her specials. The calamari is divine with a slight bit of yummy lemony sauce on it. Â It's easy to get there, too. Just buzz down Rt. 144 and see the sign on the left in New Baltimore and you'll love the view of the beautiful Hudson!
