  This place smells like vomit. The floor is sticky, and I don't want to know why. In the winter it is FREEZING. But all that said, I still always end up here when I visit this area.
  
  Almost a decade ago when I lived in the Ohio Valley, I was a little scenester thing, and this was the (only?) place where bands played. I used to have to steal my sister's ID so I coud be... 18 for 18+ shows, haha. Anyway, then I thought it was a magical place, fittingly grungy, with no regard for smoking laws and $1 PBRs.
  
  I've been back here 3 or 4 times since I moved away. When there AREN'T shows, it's mostly empty, but with a cast of characters present who are always good for some entertainment value.
  
  Oh, and I was just there this weekend, and it seems they replaced the few tables with wingback chairs from a nearby stripclub. Lulz.

  The place is old and gross, but my friends play there so I go to watch them. So, I like how they support local acts.

  Certainly not winning any awards for cleanliness or style, but it gets the job done.
  
  Stages upstairs and on the ground floor allow bands to keep playing without long setup breaks.
