  One of my favorite places in Tallahassee to go out for a drink and have a good time. I have never had a bad time at this place. There is a variety of beers hence the name "Tap Room". There is easily 40 beers on tap at any time. It isn't to bad getting a drink in here but it can get very busy. Around 11-12 this place will pickup on a Friday or Saturday. Had some of the best nights of my life at this place!

  Love coming here to unwind on a Friday night. Great staff, good bartenders, and always meeting the weirdest (and coolest) people.

  Definitely a cool place to check out.  The live bands are great, dance floor is a good size but be prepared it get's very packed. The diversity of the crowd was the funniest to me.  You had your college students, under grad young adults, then you had your 50 ish men standing in the corner's looking for some action.
  
  Wish I could remember the name of the band but they were basically playing old school 80's and 90's soft rock. Drinks are good, average prices, bartenders were friendly. We had a very large crowd with us this particular night and we all had so much fun.  The people that were there, although it was very crowded because this was our third lounge for the evening and it was late were super cool.  No rudeness, just people having a great time and partying up a storm.
  
  Yes, we ALL felt our evening the next day, ha ha but good times were had by all.

  Went to the 5th Ave Tap Room on Saturday night.  Got there about 9pm, place was pretty quiet, DJ was playing some dance music, the band (The Flip Flop Boys) began playing from 9:30-12 or so, gotta say, I was not impressed with them.  First off, if the name of your band is ;The Flip Flop Boys" shouldn't ALL of the band members be wearing Flip Flops?  Well, they weren't.  I def was not impressed with the band, I thought they weren't that good, and the drums overpowered the vocals quite a bit.  I left around 12:30 or so, place was pretty packed, bought a few drinks, about average as far as pricing goes (Corona bottle and a mixed drink was $10).   I'll def go again, but I'll make sure a different band is playing.
