This is a good local place to have a beer and a fried fish sandwich along with TVs to watch the game. Â Very nice staff though maybe a bit disinterested. Â A good selection of drafts and really can't beat the fish sandwich. Â Every time I go this is what I get so I can't vouch for anything else
Review Source:I went here frequently when it first opened. Â Multiple groups and I would go in and stay for multiple hours during happy hours or Penguin games. Â Throughout all of my visits I/we experienced similar issues...
1. Â Bartenders...Yikes! Â We went in at least once a week...Bordering on a regular. Â To say they were beyond unpleasant would be the understatement of the century! Â Really acted like they couldn't be bothered. Â We even asked a new waitress about the reputation of the bartenders and she confirmed it. Â
2. Food. Â Had OK experiences. Â If we went in during the week, we had a better shot at an OK meal. Â Fries undercooked, wings, overcooked. Â Often times it was the same issues of hit or miss throughout. Â
The restaurant itself wasn't bad. Â Plenty of TVs. OK location, but the food and service left a lot to be desired. Â I am a very low maintenance customer. Â If my drink/beer is empty fill it up. Â I frequent a lot of dive bars so I am not expecting Morton's quality but I don't want be ignored or have lousy bar food. Â This place needs an overhaul in customer service and I wont be back!
