Apollo Coney Island

Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about.  I, too, grew up eating at Apollo.. The food is amazing!! It's always fresh and not pre-made.  Most of the dressings are made from scratch, and they have the best Shishkebob in town.  Now, that I am a parent, my kids love eating there... Prices are reasonable, too.. The bad thing is their location.  Many people don't even know that it's there because it's hidden in the shopping center.  I have to agree with Michael O, and I would highly recommend going there.  It's a nice family owned restaurant.

I tired this place and I am not a fan. The service was slow and the food was not that good. They do have good chilli that is all that is good.

I love this place. The service is good, the food is awesome and super reasonably priced. I also love the fact that its a family run place. We go every week for breakfast. Only downside is that they only take cash, but the prices are so low, you definitely shouldn't have a problem.
