    I know its Arby's, what can set it apart?

    Stopped off here for lunch today and I have to say, for a chain restaurant, what is ALWAYS going to set it apart is the staff!  

    I did drive thru, but the kid at the window was very sweet and though busy made sure he gave me extra ketchup and honey mustard for my order.  He also caught that the drink had ice in it and got me new one before it was even in my hand!  (I hate ice in my drinks)
