Arby's completely lost me as a customer when they did away with the Roast Chicken, as my regular was a Roast Chicken Cordon Bleu. Â
This location, though, really turned me off when an employee decided, without my knowledge, to substitute the mayo on my sandwich with another sauce of choice. Â As someone with rather extreme food allergies, I was a bit ticked and rather offended when I had to drive back (luckily, I was only about a mile away when I noticed) to have it corrected.
The place is usually pretty cleaned and well maintained but, the food is not anywhere near as good as it used to be.
To be honest, I have a general rule of thumb that anything served in a bag through a window into your car is not food. But the chef, who apparently has much more flexible tastebuds, was starving, so we went through the drive through. He got a beef and cheddar combo. I tasted a few fries. They were very hot, very fresh, and had a horrifying aftertaste. He seemed satisfied with his meal.
