Not at all what we were expecting from the name. A converted caboose serves as the kitchen and a few two-tops while the rest of the restaurant is housed in a neighboring building. With the quaint name and small town location I didn't expect such a fun menu of creative omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. If they could do one thing to improve I'd say add an espresso machine, but that may not go over well except with big city tourists like me. Definitely the best breakfast around that area and if you eat everything on your plate you'll have plenty of fuel for your day of skiing or hiking.
