Arrow Sports Bar & Grill

I grew up in the area but live in Seattle, so I know a little about fish.
That said, BEST FISH FRY EVER.
The atmospher is fine, the people are kinda unfriendly and seem like they wish you weren't there....but who gives a #hit!  The fish fry is all that matters and it is great.
Loding Zone is almost as good, but more price.

I love the Arrow and their cheap prices!

We have been to the Arrow 4 times now. Two times the food was decent, the service so-so. Once we went on a Saturday evening to get a burger and a beer. The dining room was closed so we asked the bartender, the only employee we saw, if they were still serving food. He said yes and disappeared into the back room. We sat there for 15 minutes without even a beer let alone a burger. It was ridiculous and we left.

We went there again tonight for fish fry and the "beer battered" fish was so dark brown and so badly seasoned that they must have been using old or burnt oil. We ordered two Old Fashioneds, a drink that any self-respecting Wisconsin bar should make well and they were awful. There was no booze in them and nothing that you could call an Old Fashioned.

I think we are done with the Arrow, especially when the Loading Zone is nearby and much more consistently good.

I basically grew up in this bar.  My parents live only a little ways down the road.  Friendly people, and a great location to go and watch a football game.  They have good drink prices and some fun events.  

New within the last couple of years, they have music most weekends, with local and touring bands.  I have been to a couple shows and was never disapointed.

They have excellent fish fry!  Whenever I go home, I always crave their beer battered fish and shrimp and baked potato.
