Love their coffee, by far my favorite, pricey for a cup of joe but I spend it cuz I love it. Bagels aren't my favorite, I've had better I find them a bit doughy, but if you put a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on it I give it a higher review. Everything is made on premises and we absolutely love the chocolate chip muffin or double chocolate chip muffin. We all fight over the top of the muffin, the harder/crunchy part. They are made first thing in the morning and are a big size for only $1.75- Cold Cuts been on sale lately for Boars Head so I've been getting them there $6.99/lb for BH ham I call ahead to place my order and just pick it up, I find it more convienent, last time I waited for them to slice my order and it took some time. They also open really early so I stop their before work!!
Review Source:Bagel world is at a great location on 9W in Stony Point. Central to everything and a great spot for bikers for a lunch break on their way to Bear mountain or training along 9W. Only minus is a lack of a bathroom for patrons. It's a large bagel deli with some tables and offer affordable basic sandwiches, wraps, and bagels with a large selection of drinks. Service is a bit unorganized as at my order they took my order but never passed it along to the person making the wrap. So took a few minutes more to get the order in and made.
Go for the cajun chicken wrap which is a large portion easily able to share with 2 people and has a spicey kick. Good bagels as well as they are chewy on the inside and crunchy on the ouside.
I've been getting "special" bagels here ever since I was a little kid. By "special," I mean bacon and egg on a bagel... that's just what we called them when we wanted our dad to go pick them up. I honestly haven't ventured to many other places in the area for breakfast sandwiches because I've always been content with Bagel World. Their regular bagels are great, too... and they're open nice and early, which is great for before work or early mornings before you head down to the shore.
