The first thing you notice about this place is that it is a bar and that you must be 18 to enter. The second thing you notice is that the bar has 3 sections. The first section is a large room with tables and the actual bar. The second section has pool tables. The third section has poker tables.
This is the sister restaurant of Fox and Hound. They have the same menu. The bar food is average and the drink selection is large. Great place to watch PPV events. They usually have a cover charge for the events.
I'm a non-smoker so its definitely one of the reasons this place is not for me, but I would be willing to somewhat tolerate it for great service, food, and drinks, unfortunately this place disappoints. We went to meet friends and my husband forgot his ID (not thinking they would be carding at the door of a restaurant) and he was given a really hard time even though he's near 40 with grey hair. The service was eh, mediocre, the mixed drinks were sugar water( all 8 of us at the table agreed) and expensive and the food was forgettable. Literally I can't remember if I enjoyed it or not. At least we gave it a try.
Review Source:I roll into Bailey's for lunch at 12:30 and  the place was empty. Â
I was expecting a traditional Irish bar,.... nope....Tilted Kilt / Hooters wannabe.
The staff seemed more interested in hanging outside then serving the other 3 customers. Â The place smelled of smoke. Â I know it's a bar, but really?!?!
Please filter the air there are only 4 guest and no one is smoking. Â The burger was very good which is why they got 2 stars. Â I would expect this place to be on a Bar Rescue some day.
Not a good place to take a date. You can't hear yourself scream the music its so loud and crappy. If you want to go deaf and not have any conversation between you and the person DIRECTLY ACROSS THE TABLE then this is the place for you. Never going there again. They don't serve pitchers of beer, they have this silly dispensers they hump over to your table. Why do they make people carry that? They can't carry a pitcher of beer 100 feet? Too dark to see where you are going and music too loud you can t balance? Bar Fail.
Review Source:I recently went back to Bailey's for $2.00 Tuesdays after a long hiatus and a previous 2-star review. Â I forgot how nice this bar actually is inside. Â The furniture and decor a comfortable and classy, with tons of TV's, bar games, decent pool tables, and lots of space. Â We usually chill in the right side room where the poker games and biggest TV's are. Â There is always plenty of space, tables and chairs if our group grows, and the service is always great. Â I can't remember a bad experience, and the waitresses are pretty hot, not trashy, will flirt if you want, and actually take good care of you. Â The crowd is nearly entirely KSU students, and there aren't as many douchebags as in Buckhead. Â Plus, All 16 draft beers are only 2 bucks on Tuesdays!
Review Source:this is my go to bar when i don't want to drive to far. its very nice and clean with plenty of pool tables and flat screen t v's. this place even has a cigar section, i call it the man cave. its separate with even bigger flat screen tv's. the beer selection is extensive and on tuesday  all drafts are $2.00. Plus the staff and waitresses are very attentive.
Review Source:Bailey's is hit or miss for me. The place is sectioned off into three large rooms. You walk into the largest, which has the bar and most of the seating. To your left is a room full of pool tables, and the room on the right has a bunch of poker tables as well as a few couches and lounge type seating. This obviously draws a different crowd than most bars. Mostly guys for obvious reasons.
The exception to this is Tuesday nights. They do everything they have on draft for $2 a pint, and the selection is pretty big. They also run specials on shots and $5 car bombs. Because of its proximity to KSU, it should go without saying that it draws a big college crowd when they run specials.
The service has always been good for me. They are friendly for the most part. The food is actually pretty good. I would think of it as a small step up from Chili's or any of the other casual dining places. The only downside in my book is the smoke, but if you don't mind it or if that's your thing it's worth a stop.
We were kinda skeptical walking in here for lunch since the parking lot was pretty empty with only maybe 6 cars. Inside there were a decent amount of flat screen TV's with various games on. It was dark and smokey inside. On a positive note, the place was very open with 3 or so different sitting areas. We didn't really look around since we sat at the bar but I did notice a "lounge" area with pool tables, a restaurant area, and of course the bar area.
Really good prices for lunch. Beer battered chicken tenders came out piping hot and juicy. Very flavorful! I got the chicken quesadilla which came with toppings ( yummy salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos).
Best part of our lunch was when the manager bought a round of shooters for everyone at the bar. The bartender made this fruity shooter with some kind of flavored Pink brand vodka, watermelon Pucker, and Monster. You couldn't even taste the alcohol. I think I found my new favorite drink from this bar!
When we drove by that night to go to the movies, we saw that it was absolutely packed. There were maybe 2 open parking spots. From the outside, it looked festive and happening inside! Completely different from what we saw during lunch time.
I've been here a couple of times and I can't say that I'd make this my hangout spot. It fills up on the weekends, which is TERRIBLE for me, because my friends and I get overlooked a LOT. Maybe it's because this is Kennesaw, where the demographic is predominantly college aged Caucasian kids.. and my friends and I are.. not (well, some of them are still in college). Needless to say, service always sucked and the drinks are very overpriced, except when you spot waitresses walk around with random Monster shots, which are only $1 each. Whoohoo! I discovered my current favorite shot -- the dragonberry bomb. Thanks, Baileys! Now I have bought my own set of Quaffer shot glasses, a bottle of dragonberry rum, and cans of Monster to make my own for a LOT cheaper. Yum.
Review Source:I'm not a fan of Bailey's. Â I've been to this location twice, and I hope to never return. Â The beer is overpriced and the waitresses need higher-necked shirts and better attitudes. Â It would be nice to be able to grab a beer without them pushing their beer club rewards program onto you. Â We were with people that don't live anywhere near a Bailey's and our server wouldn't give it a rest. Â She then explained that it's actually a competition for the servers to get patrons to join this club and she always wins. Â She was trying to joke around with us, but she came off as a smart ass. Â I've had the food before and it wasn't very good. Â They also allow smoking inside. Â I don't ever want to come back.
Review Source:I have been to Bailey's almost every Tuesday for the last year. I normally only go on Tuesday's for the $2 pints, however, I have been on one Friday night. Their food is the usual bar type food, nothing over the top. If I happen to want dinner the food is priced accordingly. However, the service is usually horrible!!! I have found one server who is very attentive and I always request to sit in her section. I have actually gone to this bar and walked out after hearing she is not there. That is how poor all the other servers are!
On one occasion there was a large group of us there (about 8), and 4 other friends of ours walked, so we requested another table to accommodate our growing group. We had asked a manager and we were actually told that he could not give us a table from across the room because that was another waitress' section and it would take away customers from her. I'm sorry but if you want your patrons to continue coming to your location your first priority should be to appease the customers and then accommodate your wait staff.
If your goal is to get out and have a good evening with friends for a few cheap beers, this place is great. BUT do not count on seeing your waitress very often, I suggest sitting at the bar.
The only reason I still actually walk into this place is because my friends drag me there on Tues. night $2 draft beers. Â The food is basic. Â The staff is friendly, but not attentative. Â The bar is so packed at times with people ordering drinks because it's so difficult to get a server at a table, and when you get one, it's even more difficult to get her to keep coming back.
Review Source:We came here for a private party. Â They set the party up in a big room with tables and leather couches and it worked well . The smoke was a little less thick in that room as well.
The bar food appetizers: potato skins, cheese sticks, hot wings all hit the spot.  The servers were great.  Ugly people don't work here  .
We has a basil pesto pizza and a barbecue pizza. Â The pesto was good at first but as soon as it cools it is like bland on a cracker. Â And the sauce on the barbecue pizza was dark with a slight bitterness.
They had retained my card so when I asked for the check it had already been run. Â OK I tipped generously on the total amount when it occurred to me that they might have already added a gratuity since we were a large party. Â So I asked and they had- even though there was nothing on the check stating that. Â Bad form! Â I had to get another check to change the tip amount. Â It makes me wonder how many people they get with this. Â (And it makes me wonder how many times I have, after a few too many cocktails, double tipped)
Baily's is a large space with warm dark woods, a bunch of big screen TVs  and, as the night goes on , tons of drunken college students which, I guess, could be a good or a bad thing.
2.5
Their house beer tastes gross, so don't get that. Â The service is VERY hit or miss. Â I waited 20 minutes once and then went to the bar. Â Many male customers tend to be assholes, which is sad because the pool tables are why I go and they crowd around them when it's busy, making it very difficult to shoot pool. Â Asking the Michelob Ultra drinkin, Ed Hardy wearing retards to move so one can shoot is an act of God and a third wish from a genie.
I was a regular at this bar for many years and I must say it is probably one of the most inconsistent places to go to. Â I've spent 3 birthdays at this bar and the service is still, as I said, hit or miss.
If you do go, go on Tuesdays for $2 drafts on ALL beer. Â That being said, there will still be many young college guys with chips on their shoulders. Â Best to get a table and just watch the a$$holes kill each other after drinking 5 x $2 pint beers in 90 minutes.
I've been to this bar a few times. It's a pretty nice place with a good crowd. You can actually smoke inside which only bothers me when I wake up the next morning and smell my clothes.
The food is decent, it's actually a sister concept to Fox and Hound so the menu is pretty much the same.
Our local cigar club frequents Bailey's and we'll have our Christmas party there in a week...
The food is good, the waitresses are stunning, the beers are cold - plus it's CIGAR FRIENDLY! Â I've seen a few people that don't like this aspect but if non-smokers will let us have a couple places we CAN smoke then we'll not gripe about the places we can't. ;-)
They also have pool tables, darts, shuffleboards and lots of TV's. Â In addition to the normal seating and bar areas there are a couple areas that have leather couches and chairs to hang out.
The reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is that the service is frequently inattentive and it can be quite a while before you see your waitress. Â I've learned to be OK with that since it has so many other qualities I enjoy.
I don't get to Kennesaw too often, but when I do this is the place to be at night and on the weekends.  Plenty of TV's to watch your favorite game and drinks specials galore.  Tuesday nights are the nights to go if you like some eye candy.  They also have karaoke and other great events  from time to time.  Waiting staff is friendly and very attentive.  I come out smelling like smoke which is my only negative to this place.
Review Source:Eh, this place is only so-so for me. If you are out in the Kennesaw area and have nothing better to do this place has pool, shuffle board and darts to keep you entertained. Â Don't go here if you are sensitive to smoke because you are going to leave smelling like you just chain smoked three packs of cigarettes. Â This is the main reason why I try to avoid this place now. Â It used to be more of a restaurant when it first opened but now its really more of a bar with some random food items available.

I end up at Baileys every time I'm visiting Georgia for the holidays. Â This place is always loaded with people, good music and super cheap beer.
I'm sure if I lived here, I'd frequent this place just as much as it seems that everyone else here does!
I was pretty pleased with Bailey's. It's one of the few restaurants/bars that still allows smoking all day (in probably the whole U.S) and because of that you need to be atleast 21 to enter at all times. I don't smoke so I hate that fact that, even though they boast a great ventilation system, I left lunch smelling like cig's.
In the afternoon you can play pool for free. I'm more into games of chance as opposed to skill so my day at the pool table didn't go to well. Still it was a nice and relaxing way to enjoy a decent lunch.
I got the burger with bbq and bacon. It was monstrous and cooked well. The fries were good, especially with ketchup.
I would definitely come back here. I like Olde Towne better, but this place is still pretty cool.
Bailey's is an upscale sports bar that caters mostly to residents of Kennesaw and students at Kennesaw State University. Â
The sports bar seperates itself from other sports bars because of the luxurious inside appearance. Â On the right side of the restaurant there is a dimly lit room with dining tables and lounge sofas, that Bailey's designates as the "Cigar Room." Â
On the left side of the restaurant you will find pool tables, big screen TVs, hightop tables and even a shuffleboard setup; all of which appeal more towards the college student or pool shark.
In the middle of the restaurant  Bailey's has set up normal dining tables, which can be converted into card tables on select nights that they choose to hose poker or texas-holdem sessions.
I really like Bailey's, and I would probably go there more frequently if I lived closer and did not have to worry about paying an arm and a leg for a taxi ride back to Marietta. Â
They have really good food, and a wait-staff composed of mostly KSU female students, all of which are moderately attractive, so the single wide-eyed college male never has a dull moment while hanging out with some of his buddies.
I recommend Bailey's if you wanna go somewhere and watch a game or hang out in a very upscale place where you can eat good food and have many drink choices from a wide variety of beer and wine selections.
