Beef & Bourbon Twist & Shout

Visited for dinner tonight. The place caught fire years ago and recently opened the restaurant back up. It still has a smoky smell. It is clean enough but the food wasn't very good. A mediocre iceberg lettuce salad with hard croutons. The only flavor was the dressing. Cornbread is served as the bread and it was almost cake like, too sweet. The baked potatoes where baked when??? Obviously cooked then cooled and reheated. I didn't think I needed to ask for cheese on the side, WRONG. It came with a pool of Velveeta type cheese in the center of it. YUK! The steak was good but for considerably more than the Texas Roadhouse. The service was good, there were only 2 other tables occupied on a Thursday night. Will not return.
