Blondies Bar & Grill

This is only a review for their nighttime entertainment down in the lounge area.

I went there a couple of weeks ago with four of my friends. One of them bought a bottle, since we were headed out there from the Bay for the night. It started off slow and then got crowded around 11:30-ish, I'd say, downstairs. There were people upstairs and on the patio though, so it wasn't completely dead.

It looked like, if the tables weren't reserved, then people could sit there. So that's what a lot of people did. Some sat in the booth and watched their friends dance. I had a couple of shots and the drinks from the bottle. I swear, their bottle of Grey Goose was larger than normal, which is great. More bang for your buck. I believe with gratuity, it was $150.

We had a fun girls night out. It seems like a pretty cool spot. The only thing is that it gets REALLY hot downstairs. So take a couple of breaks to step outside or stand by the fans so you don't pass out.

I keep getting annoying phone texts from this bar wanting me to go there and spend money.
I LIVE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, I have no idea where or how they got my phone number.
I have called then three (3) times and asked them to remove my number from their phone solicitation list. So far, no joy.
They are getting on my nerves and I will take legal action if this continues. They are soliciting on my CELL PHONE NUMBER which is illegal when you have a number in the National Do Not Call Registry, which this is.

Yummy burger! Love that you build your own rather than yes/no every ingredient offered. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. 4 stars because the burger was a little more done than medium well as requested, but not bad. Good stuff!! It looks like a few "bad" reviews were written by people upset about dress codes. Grow up.
