I worked here for a short time and was absolutely disgusted by the kitchen. It was not clean and the cooks were in no way professional. Not only was the food sub par in my opinion, but the waitstaff presented themselves in an unclean manner, always touching their hair, sporting long nails that just attract bacteria and dirt. This was not all of the servers but enough for me to notice. The owners would rave about their food and atmosphere and complain about their clients' tastes if they preferred to try the growing downtown scene instead of coming in to dine at the Blue Wolf. I feel that they place the blame on other's success rather than evaluating their own situations.
