I love everything about Boru's and I have since the first moment I stepped inside. I remember about 6 years ago hearing people at a restaurant I used to work at, talk about this place...Boru's? I had asked people and they had said it was an Irish pub that had changed names and hands but was still awesome...so I figured I'd check it out.
The crowds have changed some over the year..but the types of people have not. They run the gammon of eccentric to elderly and every stop in between but everyone is friendly. The bartenders are fast and efficient. The owners are lively and happy to see you. The kitchen pumps out delicious food like wings, mac and cheese and burgers.
I do not go as often as I'd like anymore (I used to be there everyday when I was younger)... but I can rest assured that anytime I do walk in for some pitchers of beer and wings that I'll know at least a handful of people.
Boru's is Irish but not.
It's young but it's not
It's hard to explain....but I'm sure that you'd love. I had my first kiss with my boyfriend here during Superbowl...over 4 years ago....
Look at Boru's makin love connections for long term....or simply for just the night ;).
