  Awesome spot on the water, so we continue to try the revolving-door restaurants in this location.  I thought "Fish Lipz" was a horrible name--"Bottom Feeders" seems even worse.
  
  It was about 7 minutes after we sat down till our presence was even acknowledged.  Service went downhill from there.  I liked the build-your-own sandwich concept, but this just made for a more complex order for our server to screw up.  Many items on the menu were unavailable ("our fish truck didn't come today") and the food we did get was just OK.  The best part of the meal was watching a nearby table try to flag down someone--anyone--to help them.  They ended up going out to the front of the restaurant to grab the seater for help.  This despite a nearly empty restaurant with waitstaff hanging around by the kitchen chatting.
  
  This location is apparently cursed.  Too bad.

  Tried it last night. Grand opening is tonight so hopefully they'll work through the challenges.
  
  Food was great, especially the crab cakes. Location is great. Service needs a lot of work. Difficult to get a beer at the bar. Drinks at the table didn't come for a long time. One of four meals came out and the rest followed 15 minutes later. Staff didn't notice. Needs work.  Last place at this location died of poor service.  
  
  Such a great location should be solid
