  Wow, I really want to like this place, but....
  I got the Red Snapper with Gnocchi in an orange sauce.  It was decent overall with one catch.  The snapper was still raw in the middle.  Its dark in the bar area so I had to shine my phone down on it to be sure. Yep, raw.  I sent it back to cook more.  When the waiter brought it back out he said they cook fish 'mid-rare' so I must request to have it fully cooked.  Humm, i have heard that for meat MANY times but thats a first on fish.  My wifes calamari in the her dish was very chewy. I bit down twice on a piece and still didnt even break it up. Waiter said it was just cut fresh. Very smelly too.  No offer to take either off the bill, but I did get a free beer out of it, 'on him'.

  Menu is nothing amazing or spectacular, but everything comes out as described. Have never had a bad meal here...food is fresh and tasty.
  
  Service is all over the place. One night you might get a friendly waiter or waitress and prompt service, but on another you might spend an hour waiting to be served your entree by someone who can barely be bothered to "serve" you.
  
  If you're not in a hurry and you're enjoying the company you are with, then the slow-ness is no problem at all.
  
  When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is a fantastic option!

  Knocking a star off because I rarely go there these days and the place pales next to its newest competitor, the Smiling Chameleon (at least for the beer, which is more expensive and less varied at the Bra). Also the (current) owner Scott is willing to book the place out to a sorority party starting at 10pm on a Friday, and kick out the regulars without apology. That's not cool.

  This restaurant is like Elizabeth's.  I like the atmosphere, but I'm not crazy about the menu or the service.!
  
  The food is pretty good, but the proportions are small and expensive.
