Great bar in Lewisburg. Students rarely come here (especially on "going out" nights) so it stays fairly local, which is a good thing. As a student, my housemates and I love to go on lazy weeknights and get drinks and the guac--they make it tableside!! I've never ordered an item I didn't like and the beer selection can't be beat in Lewisburg. Definitely a hidden gem!

Visiting my hometown, I was surprised to have find this little pub sprung up where there used to be a hallmark greeting card store. Plenty of taps means a vast selection of beer, with a leaning towards some of the more local, independent craft breweries. The salsa and finger foods my group munched on were delicious, and served to us promptly. The bar tender was polite, gave out plenty of samples for those of us who have not heard much about the local breweries, and made recommendations based off his knowledge and pallet that worked out pretty well. Definitely one of my new favorite places when I'm visiting my friends or parents in my hometown.

What's the definition of a nervous breakdown? ...............................

A chameleon on a tartan rug!

I'm sorry but that's the only chameleon joke I have and the logo of this place makes me smile.

I was in town on business and stopped in for lunch. I've been into approximately a million gastro pub/ brew pub type joints and this one is quite typical.

Let's talk about the beer first.  These folks have around 24 taps.  If you're a beer aficionado you might get a little excited about that but don't get too worked up just yet.   Many of these taps are old standbys.  There were multiple Victory, Stoudt's, and Yuengling choices.  These are fine beers for sure but nothing to get excited about.  I did manage to quaff an Elk Creek local brew which was just fine.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich for $8.99. It came will a small side of potato salad.  It was just fine but nothing to rave about.

The bartender was also just fine.  She was semi-knowledgeable about beer and friendly.

So my visit overall was just fine. A typical Yelp A-OK.
