This place has changed hands a number of times. It started out as a cool, standard pool hall and then kept declining into "higher end" places. It never worked. The only good thing was the pool tables.
The place changed over to a Mexican restaurant.
No one wanted that, so it's now closed.
People need to learn to stop trying to fix things that aren't broken.
I started going to this bar as a place to draft my fantasy teams, use the free wi-fi, enjoy a cheap beer, and maybe food if so inclined. I was there for a fantasy draft on a Wednesday night over a year ago, and had a friend meet me for a beer. Turns out, each Weds is trivia night and buy one, get one apps. Score!
My friend and I started making weekly Weds jaunts to the Brick for cheap eats, a few beers, and time to chat and catch up. This place has the nicest, most fun bartenders and a great crew of regulars. The manager, Randy always has a smile on his face.
If you're looking for interesting new mixed drinks...Jess is your girl. She has some crazy concoctions if you're willing to experiment. She also makes a pretty delish bloody Mary.
Menu is pretty standard bar food, but the prices are fair and you get plenty of food. If you like pizza, I mean who doesn't, definitely have the Brick's pizza. One of the better bar pizzas I have had.
This place is my default place to go if I don't have plans or want to just go out and start somewhere. I'm always guaranteed to see one of my fav bartenders and have a great time...and not spend my entire paycheck due to their reasonable pricing.
