  I live right across the street and see bad fights there on a regular basis not too mention someone was MURDERED during an altercation as the bar closed.

  I know the regulars(friends of the owner Steven) and they represent the lowest denominator in Kingsbridge/Riverdale.  Great place to grab an 8 ball but I'd never go in there otherwise.

  Home of the best bartender around, This place remains interesting during the days. Nights tend to cater to a crowd I don't particularly care for, but they seem to enjoy it!
  
  Drink prices are in line with the neighborhood, and when they have food, it's not bad.
  
  You simply can't compete with the atmosphere when Nora is on duty!

  Bridge Tavern has some awesome bar deals and their food is decent pub fare.  We came here by was of a voucher and tried them uot for the first time.  We got a Bucket of Beer, Wings, Fries and Mozzarella Sticks.  Even if we didn;t have the voucher the cost of everything we ate would have been well worth the trip for full price.
  
  We came in the daytime and the weather wasn't all that great so the bar wasn't as packed as we would have hoped but I friended them on Facebook and it looks like they have a full house on the regular.  They have sports deals, karaoke and nightly events.
  
  We are definitely planning a return trip, especially since they are right there in our backyard, down Broadway in Riverdale.

  My girlfriend and I tried this bar and were at first a little reluctant to enter. Only reason being is that from the exterior it looks like a not so friendly place in the "rough and tumble" borough of the Bronx. In fact it is one of the most enjoyable and friendly bars that I have ever been to. The wings are fantastic, the prices are refreshingly affordable, and the staff could not be more friendly and welcoming. I've been a resident of Riverdale for 3 years and I can't believe it took me this long to find a neighborhood bar that suits me. I have now found it!  I'll surely be a return customer! Thank you so much Bridge Tavern! You guys are the best!

  For being a hole in the wall bar... its a warm and friendly- a sporty bar with soul.
  
  Staff was attentive and fast.
  
  Perfect for sunday funday and a game. Beer bucket specials and well made drinks happy hr.

  Great sports atmophere. The wings are awesome. Happy hour drinks are strong not weak. Love the Yankee Home Run Shots! I recommend this spot to my BX friends.
