    I don't just hand out 5 stars, this one earned it.  The service was great, everything with a smile, it was fast.  The prices are great, they don't over charge like other places around here....

    I was talked into getting one of their daily specials - a Meatball Grinder.  It was FANTASTIC!  Homemade meatballs with marinara with green peppers, onions and provolone.  All on a nicely toasted soft hoagie roll.  The best part was that it tasted exactly like something that I would make at my house, i.e. AWESOME.  Ha.  But seriously, the food was great and I love little hole in the wall lunch counters.  They are fantastic.

    If you are in downtown Springfield, stop in for lunch - its worth it, ask the regulars.
