I really want to like this place.  I really do.  And I've given it a shot on at least five different occassions.  Sadly, I won't be going back.  The food is great.  It really is -- the turkey dijon sandwich is wonderful and the California egg sandwich is great.  But the service is terrible.  Really terrible.  My order has been screwed up more than 50% of the time I've gone.  Sometimes there's no cheese, sometimes no veggies...but always substantially wrong.  Once, when I asked for swiss on my breakfast sandwich, the woman looked at me sharply and barked "no."  No explanation, nothing...just "no."  Well, ok then!  I really did want to like it here....because the food is good.  But it's just not worth it when I get the wrong good food most of the time coupled with this really unfriendly woman barking at me.  Looks like I'll make the (much longer) trek to Frigos instead.

I was in the mood for a panini, like the shop advertises, and received a fluffy cold sandwich. I ate because I was starving, not because I was impressed. Menu is limited, staff seems disoriented, screwed up my order, and I waited an unreasonable amount of time for an underwhelming meal that was not what I expected.

Good food, friendly service, and free wi-fi! Great place to grab a quick lunch.  

Note: It gets really busy during the weekdays between 12 noon and 1pm. Getting there at 11:45 will help you avoid the rush and long line.
