Geraldine's Lounge

Oh, ho, ho, ho Geriatrics.  

I swooped in this place because it looked like a divey delight right before the country club I was heading to.  It lived up to all of my expecations.

First of all, the locals are really nice.  The bar area is huge, solid wood and in nice shape.  There is a large dance floor and stage for awesome karaoke.  The beers were served up cold by John the bartender.  He was friendly, fun and certainly kept things lively.

DJ Tom aka vertigo was on the mic...kind of.  It was possibly one of the funniest DJ moments I have seen when he came in squeaking because he had lost his voice to a terrible cold.  Now that, my friends, is karaoke determination.  

The night began to spin a bit downwards when I exited the bathroom to two very questionable ladies taking mirror pictures of themselves.  Of course, I offered to assist but they informed me it is much cooler when you can see the bathroom stalls in the background (seriously).  I am definately not that cool.  SHOOOOOOT.

Long story short, this place is a great local dive.  It could benefit from a few taps or unique beer selections but it is certainly a people watchers dream.
