Used to be a good italian place. they made my pasta with wrong sauce, waiter took it in the back and washed it, wtf.

I love Bertucci's.  I'm on the road a LOT and visit this chain for lunch often.  THIS location I have visited only two times.  The first time was for lunch and the server wasn't very good.  He kept getting our drinks mixed up and the wait time was terrible.  I am ashamed to say that I forgot to leave the tip... but we were late.  The second visit was worse.  We didn't get our bread and oil, or drinks for about twenty five minutes.  Finally the bread came after our salads and a minute or so before the meals.  I don't think I will visit this location again but I definitely will visit Bertucci's other locations.
