Outback Steakhouse

i have been to steakhouse long enough to know that its the best steak resturuant!. Awsome steak, good theme, a very nice dinning place. It has perfect food and service.

Great steak.  Quiet night with good music.  Nice waitstaff.  Food decent.  Bathroom has lavender soap.  Nice touch!

I've been dining out Outback chains all over the country because of their predictable quality for many years.  This establishment was extremely disappointing.  The Hostess was very nice and so was our waitress.  It was an extremely busy night and I am taking this into consideration while writing this review.  It took forever to get our entrees and it was clear my steak was microwaved and my wife received the smallest filet I have ever seen.  Our son's entree was properly prepared and he enjoyed his meal. Our Bloomin Onion was over cooked.  I don't mind waiting on a busy night if the food is prepared well. On this night this did not happen.  It is never acceptable to microwave food that should be cooked otherwise.  Maybe it was a bad night but I paid for a meal that was subpar.  I may not ever go back to an Outback if I thinks this is the quality I will receive.
