Buckingham Blues Bar

Came out for Chicago Blues by Sweet Bev Perron, she rocked the house and we had a great time. Can't wait for Tommy Lee to open up the Hut, that will be cooool. Tiffany took great care of us at the bar and a great time was had by all.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. And it was not what I expected. They had a great band that was rock and roll.  They were only about 20 people there and it was not rowdy.  At 9:00 when the band starts it does become non-smoking which is great to me. Try it out, Karen the bartender is nice.

BBB is the real deal.  Don't let the gritty look or the isolated locale hold you back.  (every one knows you cannot have real blues sans grit). The bands that play here represent some of the finest talent on stage on the Gulf coast.  On top of that the staff are friendly and helpful.  The owner is a blues musician himself and he knows his stuff.  A tip:  come to one of the regular all day blues festivals.  Plan to stay all day,  you will be glad you did.
